CSA Program

     CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture and is a mutually beneficial relationship between farmers and consumers where the farmers receive money in advance of the season to help cover start up costs and in return the consumer becomes a member of the CSA and receives a share of produce weekly during the growing season at a discounted price.       We will be starting our 15th Year with our CSA Program for the 2025 Growing Season. It will be designed to offer our valued customers with fresh, local, "Revolutionary" grown produce at an affordable cost. All support share holders will enjoy a weekly supply of fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, grains, Cole Crops, and baked goods when in season. There is no field work required when becoming a Member. Share Boxes are prepacked and ready to grab when you come to pick up your Share. We are anticipating a late June start and to run for 18 weeks until the end of October. We will also provide special offers and discounts to share holders throughout the CSA season. We will be offering our CSA program to anyone or family who is willing to pick-up their weekly shares at our farm (Oak Grove Plantation) in Pittstown, NJ or at our Farmer's Market (Union Square Greenmarket) in Manhattan, NYC. Our CSA program gives the share holder only fresh produce grown at our farm with "Revolutionary" methods. What is "Revolutionary" methods? It's our way of saying that all of our produce that we grow on the farm is grown naturally. We are not "Certified Organic", therefore we can not say the "O" word. We are simply Revolutionary!  

Produce Shares:

      Full Produce Share - Family of Four - 18 Weeks - Two Share Boxes Weekly - 18 Pickups

      Half Produce Share - Single or couples - 18 Weeks - One Share Box Weekly - 18 Pickups

Meat Shares:

      Pork Meat Share - 18 Weeks - Bi-Weekly Mixed Pork Cuts,  items may include; steaks, chops, bacon, roasts, ground meat, sausage, etc.  - 9 Pickups

     Beef Meat Sampler Pack - 1 Week - Mixed Beef Cuts,  items may include; 1/3 steaks, 1/3 roasts, 1/3 ground meat, etc.  - 1 Pickup

Gift Card Share:

      Gift Card Share - Prepay $60 and receive an additional 20% credit ($72 value). Use the card to make additional purchases at the farm or at the farmers market throughout the season.

      Gift Card Share - Prepay $120 and receive an additional 20% credit ($144 value). Use the card to make additional purchases at the farm or at the farmers market throughout the season.

     Gift Card Share - Prepay $180 and receive an additional 25% credit ($225 value). Use the card to make additional purchases at the farm or at the farmers market throughout the season.

Spring Meat Shares: March 6th, 2025 - June 26th, 2025

     ~SPRING Pork Meat Share - 18 Weeks - Bi-Weekly Mixed Pork Cuts - 9 Pickups - Starts 3/6/25 - 6/26/25

     ~SPRING Beef Sampler - 1 Week - Mixed Beef Cuts,  items may include; 1/3 steaks, 1/3 roasts, 1/3 ground meat, etc.  - 1 Pickup - Pickup between 3/6/25 - 6/26/25 

Pick-up Place and Time:

             Oak Grove Plantation, Pittstown, NJ

                                                                 - Thursdays from 3pm-6pm

              Union Square Greenmarket, Manhattan, NY

                                                                 - Saturdays from 8am-4pm

Items you may Receive for Produce Shares:

       A broad range of produce throughout the season; Summer Squash, Cucumbers, Pickling Cucumbers, Lettuce, Heirloom Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, White & Yellow Peaches, Sweet Corn, Eggplant, Sweet Peppers, Hot Peppers, Husk Cherries, Tomatillos, Okra, Cantaloupe, Watermelons, Apples, Asian Pears,  Sunflowers, Cockscomb, Winter Squash, Gourds, Pumpkins, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, and Kale. Other items you my receive throughout the season; Popcorn, Cornmeal, Whole Wheat Flour, Applesauce, Baked Goods, and Herbs. CSA share holders also get 10% off all pork, beef, eggs and baked good purchases on the day of their CSA pick-up only. CSA share holders may also receive other discounts and  promotions throughout the growing season. You will also receive weekly recipes based on what is in your Share Box every week.
